This has been a favorite side dish that I've been making for our family for several years now, and it's a great complimentary meal to burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and anything else you can think of.
Even though brown rice takes a little longer to cook, it is so much healthier for you. If I had to choose healthy over time spent, I usually pick the healthier option. The ingredients are simple, and don't take a lot of time to prep. A lot of the flavor comes from browning the rice before boiling it, so make sure you don't miss that step!
Happy Healthy Eating!!
Enjoy!
